Delivery Policy

We have two types of delivery based on your order specifications.

Delivery Option 1 - We deliver a finished planter with our white glove service. We will arrange a date and time to deliver your statement planters and place them in the spot of your choosing. You must be available to receive your order on your scheduled delivery date, and a time window will be provided to you the day before delivery. This type of delivery applies to medium-large planters that can be easily transported. 

Delivery Option 2 - We create your order on site, scheduling an off-business hours window to ensure no interruption to your customer experience. This type of delivery applies to extra large statement planters that due to weight/height, must be created and installed on site. 

All delivery fees are included in the price of your custom statement planter.
