The custom design we create for you is a collaborative process. We work with you to select the vessel and botanicals for your small business, as we believe in a "no surprises" engagement. The care of your statement planters is our responsibility and included in our service is replacement of any plants or flowers that fail. 

As such, we do not offer refunds. However, it is our goal to ensure you're delighted with your purchase and will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.
